The Pause
The hardest decision we made wasn't about the product. It was saying no to growth when we had more demand than we could handle.
Here is something most founders won't say out loud. We paused scaling intentionally. The demand was real. The interest was real. The market was clearly there. But our onboarding wasn't ready for it.
Why We Paused
Scaling an AI-powered hospital operating system isn't like scaling a food delivery app. Every clinic runs different clinical workflows. Every hospital has a different operational hierarchy. And the staff using the software on day one may have never interacted with a healthcare SaaS platform before.
Zero Friction Software
We are building a software so easy to learn that it fits into a hospital's day from day one. No friction. No steep learning curves. Just clinical and operational workflows that move faster, smoother and take the stress of manual documentation completely off the table.
Quality Over Quantity
We are planning to implement a waitlist because we would rather onboard 50 quality hospitals a month with real usage than rush 500 onboards with none.
Quality of implementation over quantity of signups. Always. Because the worst thing we could do is put a broken experience in front of thousands of hospitals.
We paused growth on purpose. Every founder said we were wrong. Here is what we saw that they didn't.
