Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your data

If you have connected your WhatsApp Business Account to our platform and wish to delete your data, choose one of the following:

  • In‑product: An admin can visit Settings → Account → Delete Account to queue deletion.
  • Email: Send a request from your admin email to hextgen.info@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request – HextGen AI MedTech Private Limited" and include your WABA ID and phone_number_id(s).

What will be deleted

  • Stored message content (if enabled) and media.
  • Message metadata, conversation records, delivery receipts, logs (per the retention periods above).
  • WhatsApp configuration (WABA/phone_number_id mappings, templates catalog, tokens).
  • User accounts and API keys.

Timeline

We acknowledge your request within 72 hours. Deletion completes within 30 days (backups rotate off within an additional 35 days). We may retain minimal records required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
